With 30 years of professional experience in healthcare, community outreach, and family services, Cynthia Evans brings exceptional leadership, compassion, and dedication to her role as Regional Director of WIN Financial, Washington, DC Division.
Her distinguished career includes serving as a Genetics and Molecular Program Coordinator at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, as well as 10 years as a Community Health Coordinator with Inner City Family Services. As a trained Mental Health First Aider, Cynthia has devoted her career to supporting individuals, strengthening families, and empowering underserved communities.
Today, she brings that same passion to WIN Financial, powered by BCW Agency, helping individuals and families pursue financial education, stability, independence, and generational wealth.
